Cured-In-Place Pipe or CIPP technology has been in use for over 35 years. Millions of linear feet of CIPP lining has been installed worldwide to rehabilitate aging sewer infrastructure systems. CIPP is part of a family of Trenchless Technology, construction technology that requires minimal or no excavation.
Our New Schwalm Robotic CutterPipeVision has just received a new Schwalm self-propelled robotic cutter for use in the cured-in-place pipe lining process. The Schwalm cutter will be used for removal of protruding lateral connections, scale buildup and re-instatement of lateral connections. A color pan& tilt camera follows the robotic arm giving the operator excellent control of all functions. The robot has a built-in washer system to clean the camera lens, a time saving feature that greatly increases work productivity .
Based in LaSalle, PipeVision Products has installed CIPP liners from the mid-west to the Atlantic seacoast. PipeVision Products as completed numerous CIPP contracts as either the general contractor or acting as a sub-contractor. PipeVision Products, Inc maintains several fully equipped installation crews supported by a fleet of refrigerated tractor trailers to deliver CIPP liners for installation.
